Fyllo, a provider of compliance SaaS for highly-regulated industries, raised $40 million in Series C funding. Eminence Capital led, joined by Longview Capital Advisors and ArrowMark Partners.
GeoWealth, an asset management program for advisers, raised $19 million in a Series B round of funding. Kayne Partners led, joined by insider JPMorgan Asset Management.
FingerprintJS, a browser-based fingerprinting service raised $32 million in Series B funding. Craft Ventures led, joined by Nexus Venture Partners and Uncorrelated Ventures.
Threekit, a 3D visual commerce platform, raised a $35 million Series B round. Leaders Fund led, joined by ServiceNow, Capgemini, Salesforce, and Shasta Ventures.
📍 Ohio
Mantium, a Columbus-based language modeling startup, raised $12.8 million in seed funding. Drive Capital and Top Harvest co-led.
📍 Minnesota
Minneapolis-based When I Work, a messaging platform for hourly workers, raised $200 million from Bain Capital.
Flywheel, the Minneapolis-based data management platform for biomedical research and collaboration, raised an additional $5.5 million in Series C funding from Intuitive Ventures.

Mployer Advisor, a platform for employers to research insurance brokers, raised $1.6 million in funding from Martin Ventures.
📍 Denver/Boulder
Whimsical, a Denver-based collaboration tech company, raised $30 million in Series A funding. Accel led, joined by Basis Set Ventures.
Hakkoda, a Boulder-based firm specializing in Snowflake, raised $5.6 million in funding led by Tercera.
Assignar, a Denver-based construction operations company, raised $16.5 million from secondaries. Tiger Global led, joined by SecondQuarter Ventures.

Videra Health, an Orem-based patient monitoring video platform for behavioral health, raised $3 million in seed funding. Peterson Ventures led, joined by Rose Park Advisors and OATV.
📍 Montana
Neuro-ID, a Whitefish-based fraud detection company, raised $35 million in Series B funding. Canapi Ventures led, joined by Fin VC and TTV Capital.
📍 Texas
Yotta Energy, an Austin-based energy storage startup, raised $13 million. WIND Ventures led, joined by Doral Energy-Tech Ventures, Riverstone Ventures,EDP Ventures, and SWAN Impact Network.
BrainCheck, a Houston-based cognitive healthcare platform for physicians, raised $10 million in Series B funding. Next Coast Ventures and S3 Ventures co-led the round, joined by Nueterra Capital, Tensility Ventures, and True Wealth Ventures.
Seasoned, an Austin-based hiring platform and network for restaurant workers, raised $18.7 million in Series A funding. Horizons Ventures led, joined by TPG Growth.
Austin-based ZenBusiness raised $200 million in Series C funding at a valuation of $1.7 billion. Oak HC/FT led, joined by SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Cathay Innovation, and Greycroft.
Ladder, an Austin-based maker of a strength training app, raised $6.5 million in seed funding. LivWell Ventures led, joined by Keller Capital.
📍 Arizona
Mosaic Building Group, a Phoenix-based construction tech platform for the residential development industry, raised a $44 million Series B. Investors included Peak State Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, Founders Fund, Innovation Endeavors, and Building Ventures.
Moov, a Tempe-based marketplace for used manufacturing equipment, raised $41 million in Series A funding. Tiger Global led, with Valor Equity Partners and Avenir Growth Fund also participating.
Private Equity Deals
A group of investors led by Archimedes Health Investors invested $65 million in M2 Orthopedics, a Boulder-based practice management software maker.
Hg invested in Litera, a Chicago-based provider of legal technology solutions.
Zenwork, an Arkansas-based provider of tax and regulatory compliance software, raised $162.5 million from Spectrum Equity.
Blackstone invested in Renaissance, a Wisconsin Rapids-basd pre-K edtech company.
M&A
ServiceMax will acquire LiquidFrameworks, a Houston-based field-services software maker.
New Funds
Vitalize VC, a Chicago-based seed firm, is raising $50 million for a second fund.
Incline Equity Partners of Pittsburgh is raising up to $500 million for its second lower mid-market buyout fund.
